When you are ready to submit your application to let a property, there are a number of documents that you will need.
1) You will need the address of the property you are planning to let (this can be found on the property particulars and listing page of
our website)
2) Proof of ID (photographic): Passport and Visa (if applicable)
3) Proof of address: A recent bank statement or utility bill, proof of employment contract, details of existing tenancy arrangeents
4) Proof of earnings: 3 months or 12 weeks pay slips
If your application is accepted by the landlord you are required to pay a holding fee equivalent to 1 weeks rent . The holding fee is nonrefundable should you fail the referencing or your guarantor and/or for any reason you are unable to enter into a tenancy agreement for the above property.
Guarantors are only considered and accepted at the landlords discretion
