TO COMPLETE THIS FORM
As a guarantor there are a number documents that you need to submit to support the tenant(s) application.

1) You will need the address of the property you are planning to let (this can be found on the property particulars and listing page on this website)
2) Proof of ID (photographic): Passport and Visa (if applicable)
3) Proof of address: A recent bank statement or utility bill, proof of employment contract, details of existing tenancy arrangeents
4) Proof of earnings: 3 months or 12 weeks pay slips

To act as a guarantor for the tenant, please ensure that you are:

1) In full time permanent employment
2) Earn 3x the rent (monthly or annually)
3) If retired, you must be a homeowner with a regular income eg pension that is 3x the rent (monthly or annually)
